Unit on Wheels
Our UNIT ON WHEELS, are designed to PROVIDE HEALTHCARE SERVICES in areas with no health infrastructure. Once opened, they measure up to 80 square meters, they are fully equipped and for commissioning it is necessary to plug it to the water supply or to a tank (the water must be drinkable) and to the electricity network or even to an external generator, making them totally self-sufficient.
From the moment of their arrival at destination, the Units can be installed and operational in about 3 hours. Our wheeled Units only need a 400CV two or three axles drive to be moved. Thanks to the two or three-axle rubberized structure, they are perfectly suited for use in hard-to-reach areas and with poor quality asphalted road networks, as in the retracted position, they measure only 2.55 meters wide 13,60 meters long and 4,10 meters high.
Once the destination is reached, the Unit expands the extensible side thanks to the support of rack systems with hydraulic movement while the hydraulic pistons are activated to carry out the correct leveling, and the tractor is disconnected. The opening and commissioning of the Unit on wheels is quick and easy. The Units on wheels can be set up for: OPERATING ROOM DAY SURGERY, OPERATING ROOM OFTHALMOLOGY, EMERGENCY / ICU OPERATING ROOM, and DIALYSIS use.
CLINICS | ON WHEELS
Clinics on Wheels
Our CLINICS ON WHEELS, internal layout includes two main rooms and a technical area with a modern clinical environment suitable for a range of general and specialist procedures. They are totally independent with a power generator and water tanks on board.
These Clinics are fitted on a 4x2-wheel drive vehicle with a diesel engine.Clinic on wheels dimensions is 8.80 m length, 2.55m width and 2.88 m height, while the total length including the cabin is 11 meters. From its arrival at destination, the opening of the Clinic takes 45 minutes. The Clinics on wheels can be set up for: PEDIATRIC, GYNAECOLOGY, DENTAL, OPHTHALMOLOGY, CARDIAC/ECHO, RADIOLOGY, LABORATORY/BLOOD COLLECTION and DIALYSIS use.
MODULAR UNITS | ISO STANDARD
Modular Unit ISO Standard
Our MODULAR UNITS are made by minimum three iso standard modules of 13,60 m length and 2,5 width each. The Modules can be transported by a standard semitrailer and from their arrival at destination, a hydraulic system download the Modules from the semitrailer. The commissioning lasts about 6 hours. The Modular Units are positioned on the ground, close to each other. They can be connected to others Modular Units or building to realize up to a Mobile Hospital. The Modular Units can be set up for: WARD, INTENSIVE CARE, MOBILE CLINIC and MOBILE EMERGENCY HOSPITAL use.

Modular Unit Extra Size
Our MODULAR UNITS EXTRA STANDARD SIZE have a dimension of 15.50 m length, 3.5 m width on transit while they reach 8 m width in operational mode and 3.2 m high. They are considered an exceptional transport. They are loaded and unloaded by a hydraulic system. Inside they have all components, as electrical system, lighting system LED, gas bank 3/5, gas 3 sources, hot-cold water, and battery backup. External air conditioning variable temperature range is 5°C to +35°C, while the internal range varies from +20°C to +24°C. They have an extensible side and a corridor, and their internal surface is about 100 m square meters. Modular Units extra standard size can be set up for: OPERATING ROOM LAMINAR FLOW, OPERATING ROOM DAY SURGERY, OPERATING ROOM OFTHALMOLOGY, WARD 8 BEDS, INTENSIVE CARE 8 BEDS and DIALYSIS 8 CHAIRS use.
