TECHNICAL TRAINING
During the realization of our Special Mobile and Modular Solutions, we organize a week-long technical training at our production plant in Italy, to allow the final operators to make the best use of them in the country of destination. The acquired technical knowledge will then be transmitted to other local operators, with the aim of training technical personnel who will manage the Units to the maximum of their function.
TELEMEDICINE
All our Special Mobile and Modular Solutions include a 42 HD monitor to analyze patient data. It is possible to activate a telemedicine service according to internet accessibility or satellite connection.
INSTALLATION
Our main objective is to ensure the functionality of our Solutions, for this reason our Technicians usually follow the first installation in the destination country, involving and collaborating with local workers.
ASSISTANCE
Our Special Mobile and Modular Solutions are provided with a remote-control system, able to verify or modify the set up in the Unit and to receive alert message on a mobile phone
MAINTENANCE
With the aim of ensuring the quality and functionality of our Solutions for a long time, we offer our Customers a contract service of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
STORAGE
On request, we can offer our customers the storage of our Special Mobile and Modular Solutions at Grugliasco headquarter, during their inactivity.
